Shipping Policy
Orders placed on our website are shipped through recognized logistics partners across all regions of Brazil, within up to 2 business days after receiving payment confirmation from the responsible billing institution.
To check the shipping cost and estimated delivery time, select the items you wish to purchase and click "Add to Cart." Then, enter your ZIP code, and the cost and delivery time will be calculated automatically.
Please note:
- The delivery time starts counting after payment approval. Once your payment is approved, you will be notified by email;
- All orders are subject to registration data analysis and approval, which may require additional time for payment confirmation.
Payment Policy
The delivery time indicated in the order starts counting from the date the payment is identified, which varies according to the payment method:
- Credit Card: between four (4) and seventy-two (72) business hours
- Pix: within up to one hour
- Bank Slip (Boleto): after clearance, which may take up to 2 business days
Therefore, if you need to receive your order urgently, we suggest paying by Credit Card or Pix.
Deliveries take place Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm. In some ZIP code ranges in certain cities, deliveries may occur on Saturdays during business hours. If you are absent, or if there is a need to confirm the address and/or recipient's name, or even if the package is held for analysis and validation by the relevant authorities, the delivery time will be paused.
